All measurements are metric. 


Payment Options

All prices are in Canadian Dollars.

We accept payment by PayPal, Visa or MasterCard. If you are not comfortable to shop online, please call us and we can process your order by phone.

If you prefer to collect, please email or call to place your order and arrange a time to collect your purchase. We accept payment by cash or cheque upon collection. Cheques made payable to Meerkat Trading.

 

Duties & Taxes

Taxes are applied based on the shipping address using the most current information available.

CANADA:     HST is applied for BC, ON, NS, NB and NF

                        GST is applied for all other provinces

USA & International: No taxes applied by us, but we complete the necessary customs forms and you are subject to the duties and taxes applied by your country. Items will not be listed as gifts.

 

Shipping

Our aim is to process and ship your order within 3 business days.

We use earth-friendly shipping materials that can be recycled after use.

Canada Post and USPS is our first choice for reliable and cost effective shipping.

For orders over 5m, best rates will be calculated.

Returns

We want our customers to be happy with their purchases, so if something is wrong with your order, please email us and let us know. We do not accept returns on kits and patterns. We will correct our mistakes, but we only accept a return in the same condition it was delivered, and we cannot pay for return and exchange shipping charges.

 

Lost or Undelivered Purchases

We cannot be held responsible for undelivered packages, so we cannot offer a refund in the event of a lost or undelivered package. If you did not receive a package, please email us and we will assist to track the package, if possible.
